Navigating the world of NFTs is difficult enough for beginners, but as with all online-based communities, Twitter is a great place to start.
This space is untraditional, through, and it's hard to tell who is offering real insight and education from those pumping and dumping and rugging projects.
Here are five of the best NFT Twitter accounts to follow:
Gary Vaynerchuck (@GaryVee)
You've got to give it to him, Gary Vaynerchuck knows a promising trend when he sees one. The media mogul's influence has helped guide athletes, celebrities and normies alike into the NFT community. VeeFriends, his personal NFT collection, helps show the utility NFTs can offer, and his YouTube channel is full of educational content.
Andrew Wang (@AndrwWang)
Wang's gateway to the NFT community was through NBA Top Shot during the pandemic. Since then, he's dropped out of Columbia's journalism school and emerged as one of the leading writers coving the space, with bylines in The Washington Post, Insider, The Verge, Jezebel and more.
Beanie's following has grown to over 130k, with more and more people subscribing for his commentary and analysis of the NFT space in addition to conversations with fellow collectors. An owner of blue-chip projects like Crypto Punks, Bored Ape Yacht Club and Cool Cats, Beanie also invests in NFT and DeFi projects.
Farokh already had a tone of influence before entering the NFT community as founder of GoodLife, a highly successful social media agency. Since the beginning of 2021, Farokh has hosted regular Clubhouse rooms on NFTs. Some even feature celebrities doing live NFT drops.
Cozomo de' Medici (@CozomoMedici)
This is one of the more interesting NFT accounts you'll add to your timeline. For a long time it was run anonymously, offering in-depth analysis and insight to NFTs. Then, legendary rapper Snoop Dogg revealed himself to be behind it. This may have come as a surprise, but there's a reason he's managed to stay relevant and successful all these years. And if he's this interested in NFTs, it's worth listening to.
